Question is preety simple. I wonder if there is still anyone who is interested in this project. I had few problems recently. Eggdrop 1.7 which was the base for E2 is no logner in developement. Eggdrop 1.6 series is preety well know and a bit too old. Eggdrop 1.9 rather won't be ready to use since the end of 2006 but for me it's very interesting project. After 1.7 was lost i realized that my "job" seems to be pointless and it's not really a good thing to start everyting on old 1.6 series again. I don't see a big movement and interest in bots anymore. People are moving out from bot's developers channels. They stopped reporting bugs, requesting new ideas and helping each other.
Help me decide if i should continue writing E2 on Eggdrop 1.6 (1.6.18 CVS right now) Eggdrop 1.9 (i would start after one year since current version doesn't have 80% of needed features ;))
Or maybe i shouldn't start it at all ;)
Hit this topic to see the poll, post your oppinions and eventual ideas (yea, you could help with that too) as well ;)

I've released Evangeline 1.1.2 version today. Not much have changed since 1.1.2-b1, but it should work fine. Recent changes:
* Fixed kicking +fo for deopping/kicking non-added user. * Cleaned up debug stuff (.console +d looks clear now). * Added thei0s's CGI::IRC identd.pl ident setter support (use ./configure --enable-cgiircident). * Fixed small IPv6 bug (reported by thei0s). * General cleanups in the code (in many places, too many to count).
TCL Changes: * Removed abuse functions, like mflood, mmsg etc. (finally ;)) * Added '.netsave' alias to '.savenet' command. * Added support for oidentd, ident = username from config file * Added kicking non-users from +i and +k channels (if .chanset #chan kick+i 1 or .chanset #chan kick+k 1) * Fixed some small bugs... (too small to count ;))
